Chose this hotel based on location and price, which were both excellent, got nice staff as a bonus : )
A kitchenette with no coffee maker? What?? Extra charge for clean towels? Only 2 place settings in a room sold as 'sleeps 4' ? Deficiencies, but at least it was nice and clean.

Internet was very limited and tried to contact their support. Tried calling 3 times, but after 15 minutes of waiting each time they would pick up and then hang up. Never fixed the issues.

A fantastic place to stay for a few nights. As the building is new, all the infrastructure and furniture is in great shape, plus the rooms and the whole environment was spotlessly clean. The inclusion of kitchens within the rooms make it a great room to stay for more than one night if you want to cook something. I felt very much welcome by the very friendly and very helpful staff, even almost at midnight when I needed help. Great location within Redmond just off the road with grocery stores and a public transportation hub within walking distance.

Price is unmatched in the region, but you should set your expectancies accordingly. The property is clean, and the parking is great, once you figure out how the property wants your car to be parked (not backed in towards the property).
I expected a hotel with hotelservices, in stead this is a long-stay accommodation with services in line with that business model. Room cleaning is every 15 days, you can pay an additional fee for towl cleaning and fresh bed linnen. Multi-device internet is a paid option. There are some pans in the room (2) but are quite crooked / bent. The reception desk is present for a part of the day; early check-out means: leave your room access cards on the desk. The bed is ok, not particularly comfortable.
I could hear the tv of my neighboring rooms quite clearly between 11 AM and 3 PM. The gym consists of 2 treadmills, 2 high end bikes, an airwalk device and a combination machine to be used for strength training. No dumbbells, barbells, or kettle bells. There are vending machines that will accommodate a quick snack or drink. no 'healthy' options present.
