The living areas in the cottage comprise an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six, and a sitting area with a TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio and a selection of books, games and DVDs. There are three bedrooms, including a king-size, twin and a ground-floor twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, you’ll find communal grounds, a private patio with furniture, off-road parking for two cars. Shared use of communal indoor heated swimming pool: Opening times 9-6pm and in winter 9-5pm Within 0.6 miles lies a pub, within 0.8 miles, a shop, and the beach is 2.4 miles away. Please note that this property doesn’t accept pets or smoking. A highchair and travel cot are available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen are included in the rent. Town: The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
