Clean, good location close to town, low price but did not give a "cheap" impression, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, convenient parking, good lighting.
Decor was a bit dated, definitely not a deal breaker. It was odd, it is a one story facility, but it sounded like someone was stomping on the floor above me. There is something weird about how sound travels in the building.

We left before breakfast, but they did offer coffee and some snacks. The Motel was easy to access. Everything I would expect from a classic roadside motel. Comfortable beds, clean room, everything was a little dated as expected. But, perfectly fine and reasonable. I’d stay again if I was up that way.
There was a smell of old smoke and cinnamon. Not the worst thing I’ve dealt with, and again nothing unexpected with a place like that that has many years of use, and many customers I’m sure.
