Lovely property overlooking the waterways on the gulf coast. Walking distance to beach a nd restaurants.

The view across the bay is gorgeous and is right outside the front door where there is a small table and chairs. Perfect for morning coffee and watching the sun rise. The condo itself is beautifully decorated with a beach theme and immaculately clean. There is a pullout couch in the living area and a very well equipped kitchen, right down to dishwasher tablets, dish towels and dish soap (I’d brought my own as we had driven there, but needn’t have worried). Publix supermarket is a five minute drive away, we cooked all our meals there so having such a well equipped kitchen was great. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed with plenty of draw space and a large built in closet, where you’ll find plenty more handy things, such as beach chairs, kids rubber ring, beach towels and clothes rack. (Some of which I’d brought with me, but again, needn’t have worried) From the bedroom is a door onto a small private balcony with a partial sea view and behind a door on the balcony is a washer and dryer for personal use. All the linens and towels were beautifully white and very freshly scented. Everything about our stay was just easy and hassle free. If you’ve got a lot of stuff with you, as we did, there are even shopping carts in the lobby that you can use to haul your stuff in and take the elevator to the condo (we took two up when we arrived and four down when we left 🤣 not sure how that happened). The beach is a few minutes walk away. We’d taken one of those radio flyer carts with us so loaded up everything including a picnic to the beach to make life easier. The condo is central to everything, restaurants, bars, shops and beach, though in the evenings sitting looking over the dock, or sitting on the private balcony it is quiet and relaxing. The owners were but a phone call away and were very accommodating and friendly, answering any questions within minutes. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay there again.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect

It was very clean and central. It is only 5 minutes to beach and the owner put the kitchen what you need. And the view of the apartment was the best thing for me. Also, there was a beach chair, umbrella and toys for children in the apartment. It was wonderful apartment for the family.

The air conditioner is in the bedroom, so there was too much noise while we were sleeping. This is the only thing that I did not like in the apartment.

A great place to stay! Condo was clean and stocked with towels, beach things, plenty of dishes etc..... Jim was very nice. I would most definitely stay here again.

Bed was a little firm for our liking but this was minor compared to our total stay.
