KW24 Key Lime Calypso

L’emplacement et la cour étaient superbe! Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine était bien équipée. Le stationnement était vraiment utile!

La salle de bain a vraiment besoin d’être rénovée! Et le sofa était vraiment défraîchie et taché. Dans l’ensemble, c’était propre!

Location and pool

Nothing. It’s a great place for 3-4 people

Location, pool, size of property. Special mention for the pool guy, he was fighting a losing battle with the amount of leaf fall, but did a great job!!

The drier and washer need attention. 2nd bed was uncomfortable.

The house is a perfect size for a small group. Can’t get any better with the location too. The pool and backyard are the highlight of the place.

If you are going to offer “sleeps 6”, all sleeping areas should be reasonable. No complaint for the 2 bedrooms and beds, though the open air ceiling is a little strange and lacks privacy but that’s easy to overlook. The 3rd space to sleep the 5th and 6th person is via pullout in the main living space. The discomfort of the old crusty pullout couch & its location could be overlooked but it is unreasonable not to provide privacy from the outside to this space where guests are supposed to sleep. There are no window coverings on the main double wide, all-glass front door which gives passersby a direct view into this sleeping area. The hot water tank went out for the last 1.5 days of our 4-day stay & Vacasa was a terrible manager of the issue. They made empty promises for someone to get in touch with the “tickets they submitted”, though no one ever got in touch. After 3 weeks of my multiple calls; each time they would have to make a new report because nothing would have been documented from the previous call & never a return call as promised, I had finally badgered them enough to correct the “loss of amenity” nearly a month after we returned from our trip. We will always return to KW but never back to the Calypso as long as Vacasa manages it.
