The location is excellent. This is our second visit to the property and location

Location excellent. House extremely comfortable, warm & inviting. Furnishing of a high standard. Beds very comfortable. TV's in room very handy. Well equipped kitchen. Great to have the upper living room. Despite the issues as detailed below we had an extremely enjoyable stay.

A little tired in places. Shower upstairs hose didn't bend on it's rack so water went straight ahead. Fridge froze some of our food. Wifi only available for the first 2 days of our week's holiday.

Very spacious and comfortable. Liked the upstairs living room.

Oven not working, however the owner brought an air fryer very promptly.

It is a spacious, comfortable house. but there is maintenance needed. See below

There is a gas oven, which only lit spasmodically and not at all in the second half of the week, so we had to throw away food as we could not cook it. The water pipes in the GF shower room constantly whistle, and can be silenced briefly by turning on the cold tap or flushing the loo. The lock on the door to the bins area needs to be oiled; there were times when we had to take waste to the first floor to use the fire escape stairs, as the GF door could not be unlocked.
