Very spacious and comfortable.
Liked the upstairs living room.
Oven not working, however the owner brought an air fryer very promptly.

The location was perfect for us as we have friends in Anstruther and Pittenweem is a lovely village with a fabulous tidal swimming pool and a working harbour. Some great places to eat, The Cocoa Tree Shop for fantastic hot chocolate and crepes, the Clocktower Cafe for breakfast and the West End bar for a warm welcome and great food. All of these are within 5 minute's walk.
The house is fantastic, with loads of space and every facility one could want. Comfortable sofa and beds, we would happily visit again. It's worth chatting to Linda in the bakery to get a bit of history of the house and bakery. She can tell you all about the 'special' Canadian flour that was kept seperately in the upstairs of the house.
Frankly, nothing at all. As far as we were concerned, the place was perfect.

It is a spacious, comfortable house. but there is maintenance needed. See below
There is a gas oven, which only lit spasmodically and not at all in the second half of the week, so we had to throw away food as we could not cook it.
The water pipes in the GF shower room constantly whistle, and can be silenced briefly by turning on the cold tap or flushing the loo.
The lock on the door to the bins area needs to be oiled; there were times when we had to take waste to the first floor to use the fire escape stairs, as the GF door could not be unlocked.
