Localização excelente, perto de tudo e fácil acesso as principais estradas. O condomínio é tranquilo, seguro e muito bem equipado. A casa é muito bonita e bem decorada, foi surpreendente pois não se parecia com as fotos postadas mas positivamente, os quartos eram muito mais bonitos e a sala também. Foi uma excelente surpresa. Ficamos muito felizes.
O ar condicionado/aquecimento tinha algumas questões, não funcionava corretamente todas as vezes mesmo seguindo a risca as instruções fornecidas. Fora isso no momento da reserva não estava claro que a Jacuzzi e a churrasqueira necessitavam de um pagamento extra, apenas após a reserva que nas instruções do locador vieram esses custos, isso foi um pouco decepcionante.

Ideal location to visit the parks. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Hairs in the bed. Wasn't advised additional costs for heating spa. Letting company constantly emailing re additional costs if didn't check out on time. Also very limited towels and bedding supplied.
