I loved the vintage feel, the fact that many generations lived and worked there. It has a charm about the place and of course a small town feel. We even had a friendly rooster come inside our cabin to say hello, I had to laugh :) I can say the sheets, pillow cases and towels were very clean! There is a kitchen with cooking supplies. The lodge was pretty and outside it were many places to sit and watch the pretty fog roll in...
The comforter, curtains and mattress are woefully outdated and cause a musty odor about the place. I did notice the oven and fridge had rust on them, but that's not a big deal. The sheets were clean but I didn't go near the torn, old comforter. I got some candles to ease the smell, but the place was not dirty, it was very clean :)

Cabin was clean and bed was very comfortable, quiet area
Not a lot of pet areas and no phone in the cabin to order food from the restaurant only an extension number

Over all its a nice cabin. We will book this one again.
The screened in porch has a hole in the floor, and the screen door would not open. Screens coming apart.
