Atendimento muito bom da equipe mandam todas as informações antes por WhatsApp, cheguei antes das 14h e conseguir entrar a chave estava na porta, quarto geladinho e limpo, café da manhã muito bom!
Não vi que não tinha TV, mas tá tudo certo, estava em Caraiva!

A limpeza e a roupa de cama muito cheirosa
Meu chuveiro não funcionou e fiquei sem tomar banho quente até no checkout. Não percebi nenhum interesse em solucionar meu problema. Fiquei muito frustrada com o modo como o staff nos tratou. Me senti muito mal. Parece que estavam me fazendo um favor e não preocupados em me atender bem como hóspede. Lamentável.
