I loved the fact that we had direct contact with the host as we locked our stuff in the bathroom and couldn't open it; someone came and opened it the next morning. One of the best facilities is the pool; the fact that it's indoors and the right temperature for kids to enjoy swimming for as long as they please.
Some of the fabric of the furniture in the resort was torn and very old, would be nice to pay attention to these details because it means the host cares about the interior.

very spacious, comfortable, good layout and three bathrooms.
Needed some maintenance. Toaster was broken. Tub in one bathroom did not drain. The place had two fireplaces, but neither one worked. The window in one of the bedrooms did not close all the way. (cold in March!)

clean, quiet and convenient
overall needs to be updated. window vertical blinds were stained, missing portions of the blinds unable to close fully. also 3 lampshades were ripped needed to be replaced
