The staff is great, minus giving my room away.
So I booked my stay a few months in advance, As I normally do. I have stayed here 5 times now. In the beginning everything was great. As the trips went by it started changing. But this time round. As always I reserve a specific room because it's right at the exit. It's because I bring all of my work stuff in with me, so that it's safe. So this time they gave my room to someone else. Know I was towards the pool and the the door there wouldn't open to bring my stuff in. Soooo I had to walk my cart all the way to the back. And then back up the hallway. I had to do this 4 times all together. And of course it was 400 degrees outside, so I was soaked. There must have been a dog or cat in this room, because I could hardly breath. All 3 nights well days too. The last day I was there, the A/C was barely working so the sweating continued. Parkinging is no longer free anymore which obviously stinks($10/night), I was already paying a $1000 for three nights. Which is just astronomical. No where near worth it . Summerfest or not. There was also the dead bird right next to my van when I first went back to it to get my things it with trash, just stayed there the whole stay. As I said this was my 5th stay, and it's ti.e that I find other accommodations.
