Convenient and easy. Bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, upon waking this morning, we discovered that our room was not as clean as it appeared the night before. We found old trash, which happens, as well as what appeared to be blood on the sheets that I had been sleeping in.
It would be very helpful if, before accepting payment, staff informed guests that the property does not have an elevator when second floor rooms are the only available. My elderly mother is not stable, and we would have been able to avoid paying for a room that would have given us only stairs as an option. Once payment was accepted, our hands were tied. I would have preferred to have the information to make the best choice for ourselves, so that we can be informed customers.
