Holiday Apartment located in a nice quiet cul de sac walking distance to a shopping center, bus stop, restaurants, old town Albufeira, Portugal, and two beaches.
2 bedrooms, sleeps maximum 5 people due to double pull out bedcouch in livingroom, 1 bathroom, balcony with nice view.
Apartment is fully furnished: TV, DVD Player, SAT-TV (4 stations), Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine. No WIFI/INTERNET (WIFI dongles can be bought in shopping center nearby); Internet Cafe 3 minutes uwalk away. Pool in complex.
No car is needed.
Closest Airport: Faro (pick up can be arranged).
Check-in after 16:00, Check-out 10:00 unless otherwise arranged, extra charges for check-in after 20:00. Change over day normally Saturday or Sunday; Minimum period for rent: 1 week.
Prepayment of rental (deposit of 25 % at booking, rest payment 6 weeks before arrival) is required. Deposit of € 200 can be transferred before arrival or paid in cash on handover of keys.
Pets considered, please contact owner with request giving a description of pet. A cleaning charge will occur.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Communication with the host was excellent from the very beginning, clear, prompt, and friendly, which made the check-in process seamless and stress free.A special mention goes to Ricardo, the host’s representative, who was truly outstanding. We encountered a minor key issue during the stay, and Ricardo responded immediately. He handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency, resolving it quickly without any hassle.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable bed and well equipped, I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Très agréable, bien situé , proche des plages et des commerces, environnement calme , très belle vue!! ( l’idéal serait d’avoir un peu plus d’ustensiles de cuisines , casseroles etc…) Je recommande +++

Apartment superb location just down from big continental supermarket. Everything walking distance. 10 min stroll down to escalators and old town. 20 min dander to The Strip can highly recommend the Clay Oven brilliant Indian. Apartment clean all the basics we cooked a couple of nights. Pool mats provided in apartment for loungers and quiet pool area. Didn't watch TV not what holidays are for.
