It was easy to collect the keys from the front desk. Good to have a dedicated parking area for our stay (Mountain Lodge). Size of our unit was nice (a one bedroom). decent amenities in the unit. we especially liked that quiet time was 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and enforced. (nothing is worse than having kids and drunks running up and down the halls late at night!)

a 5:00 pm check in is pretty late in the day. It would be better to have a 3:00p check in. The unit we stayed in was fairly roomy for a one bedroom and was clean on the service, but the floors got dirty fast and there was no broom to use to sweep while we were there so we walked around in dirt for a couple of days. Please put a broom and dustbin in the rooms for guests to use. Also, the cleaning staff clearly had not swept under the furniture. It was gross. Have the cleaning staff sweep under the beds and under the sofas - yuk.

Very clean. Never felt uncomfortable even during the current Covid situation. The unit was dated but reasonably well maintained. Coffee pot, microwave were excellent as well as dishwasher and refrigerator. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils etc. Would stay in this unit again.

Heating was turned off at the breaker box and didn't figure that out until morning of departure. No vent in bathroom.
