I love the place. The only thing was i could not watch reg the tv.

Location and price

Location is noisy from the traffic, but that's the big city!

The location was excellent, the balcony was quite pleasant. Lots of space in the apartment! Nice water pressure in the shower.

The fridge door opening the wrong way was very inconvenient. The dishwasher was broken. As we stayed for a week, a dresser or bureau would have been helpful, or even more hangars.

The location was perfect -- just a block from my conference hotel. I took the light rail from the airport, which was super easy and cheap. The apartment is spacious, and the bed is pretty comfortable. The big TV was nice and had a lot of channels. The kitchen had a bunch of Folger's coffee available to brew. The apartment was fairly clean (though I did find some crumbs on the floor of the bedroom). Although there was a little street noise, inside the apartment I could barely hear it, and I never heard anything from neighbors. Check-in with the concierge was easy.

The owners need to invest some money in fixing this apartment before renting it out to future guests. The oven door is broken; it will not completely close. There are also no oven-safe pans; the hosts should at least supply a baking sheet. The dishwasher is broken (there was a note inside). None of the blinds really close (or open). One of the windows in the bedroom nearly fell apart when I opened it. The description says people can also sleep on the two futons, but they are very uncomfortable. I'd say only put people on them if you're desperate. There is also no heat, and when I stayed there temperatures got down to the 30s outside (unusual for April). I messaged the host about this and they basically just said "too bad." Luckily I found a space heater in the closet (which the hosts did not mention), but it was not sufficient to keep the apartment comfortable.
