Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Gettysburg by IHG

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, POOL AND ROOM WERE WONDERFUL!

NOTHING, EVERYTHING WAS FINE

Quiet, clean, with helpful staff.

No real opinions about places to eat and nothing about the parking situation in Gettysburg, which was confusing. Ended off back at the Friday’s for an early dinner. Also, was hard to find at first.

Clean and Modern Rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Whole hotel felt stagnant. Air was not moving, seemed humid and stuffy. Too hot.

Peaceful location if in the left side of the hotel. If not, you’re hearing traffic from route 15. Located away from main traffic flow. We couldn’t eat the breakfast because of dietary restrictions but it appeared expansive. Free parking. It has an 10 pm quiet policy which was nice.

No early check in and told to keep calling back; staff weren’t very welcoming; room still wasn’t ready at 3 pm and had to relocate us to a different room which meant there were other rooms available for early check in; the pool was a glorified jacuzzi and very small—if more than 8 people were in it, it was tough not to be bumping into anyone; $25 “incidental” fee charged to your card — not listed until we arrived; the mattress was extremely uncomfortable; shower pressure was low and the tub drain was broken.
