Our group of 3 couples rented all 3 rooms at the Mustard Seed B&B in Llano. We thoroughly enjoyed the all of facilities at the property. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Well appointed & updated bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms. Aesthetically pleasing and good location close to shops around the county courthouse square. Good communication with the property owner.
The breakfast was more of a continental breakfast rather than a full breakfast.

The location was great, wonderful view of the river. The cottage was very clean and the host was very kind and welcoming.
The only thing Was that the people staying in the other cottage parked in front of ours making it hard to get off the porch without stepping in the grass.
