About this villa rental
Recently built villa (year 2014) composed of only three independent apartments, two of which are furnished for rent, located in a quiet area, with excellent exposure and views of Mount Cermis and the Lagorai mountain range, a few steps from the center of Cavalese, individually composed from:
two double bedrooms, one of which very large with the possibility of four beds, bathroom, kitchenette, dining room-living room with sofa bed; total 6 beds.
The structure has a parking space per apartment, a large private garden and a garden belonging to the ground floor apartment, fenced and accessible to four-legged friends, barbecue, chairs, outdoor table and armchairs and is only 50 meters from the bus stop. bus to reach all the villages and lifts in the valley, the apartments have a 32 ”LED TV with digital terrestrial and satellite preparation, hairdryer, traditional and microwave oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, cutlery and crockery. All inclusive, the guests are responsible for sheets and bathroom sets (for the latter aspect, if necessary, contact the owner).

Ideaal gelegen tov centrum van Cavalese, ongeveer 1 km, heel goed lopend te doen. Nieuw en schoon appartement. Heerlijke douche en ruime badkamer. Balkon met zon in de middag en einde van de dag. Erg goed beveiligd complex. Compleet ingericht app, oven, magnetron, wasmachine, koffiemachine, waterkoker en voldoende glas en serviesgoed en pannen. Heel veel opberg- en kastruimte. Hele vriendelijke ontvangst en een fles wijn bij vertrek. Heel flexibel met aankomst- en vertrektijd. Een paar mindere punten: Appartement ligt aan drukke weg, dus vrij gehorig. Weinig licht in het app en geen mooi uitzicht. Veel honden geblaf in en rondom het complex. De zitkamer is vrij klein, tafeltje en lekkere stoelen ontbreken. Bank eigenlijk te krap als er meer dan 2 personen in app zijn. Geen vaatwasser. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Lieve Paolo en Maria, bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid.

Struttura nuova, ben tenuta, molto pulita e dotata di tutto quanto può servire durante una vacanza; e’ situata in zona tranquilla ed il centro è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 10 minuti.

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana. Appartamento nuovo, ben arredato, pulito e confortevole. Giardinetto recintato ottimo per la ns. Akita. Posizione ottima a 5 minuti dal centro a piedi. Ottimo punto di partenza per le innumerevoli escursioni. Grazie a Paolo e Maria per la disponibilità. Ci torneremo.

Eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit bringen war nicht cool. Ansonsten alles bestens.
