Thought the breakfast could have more convenient hours, not everyone is an early riser
Breakfast ended too early for us to partake. Most Inns have the breakfast ready until 10:30-11:00.
The housekeeping staff did not like their jobs. Gromping thru the hall at 8:50 in the morning talking top of lungs.
Complaining about have three f**king floor and throwing numerous other F bombs about her job

I was surprised at the rate for a small Midwest town, but this is the time we are in. The staff was very responsive and cordial, the room was nice, and I had quick resolution to my room not being ready by check-in so I was provided with another one that was ready.

The hostess at burger theory, their in house food location, was incredibly friendly and fantastic to chat with!
The room we got had a stink bug problem and the door was left ajar in a way that anyone could've been in and out of the room before we checked in, which feels a little uncomfortable given that they could do something to the room if it wasn't hotel staff. The staff member we spoke to about the door, before we even knew about the bugs, was incredibly cold and dismissive to the point we felt she wouldn't have likely done anything if we mentioned the bugs. They were bad enough that my partner found one in the keurig and, if he hadn't been there, I never would've known as the machine sat on a counter that kept the top of it out of my sight.
