Great location with a pond to walk around. Friendly staff.
$25 pet fee was higher than other My Place properties ive stayed at. I travel with a highly trained dog. I wish there was a way to show or build a profile in the My Place reward system that reduces the fee after several stays.

Non smoking room smelled of spoke; didn't have another like room
Pot smell in hallway
Creepy feel, guessing with the low rate it may have attracted creepy guests. Just didn't feel safe with all the men in groups hanging out smoking outside and very loud music

Friendly staff and good location and fair price
Room smelled really bad, smell was stuck in carpet and probably grease in the microwave hood fan. Dishes for kitchen were not available to borrow but had to be purchased. The hard floors were sticky and when I mopped it to get rid of the sticky the white towel was really dirty tap that was gross.
