Location and the quiet. Hardly anyone around during our September stay. Enjoyed quick access to the beach and our walk through town to get coffee. Selected this location due to it being away from the busier Seaside area.
Other than slow drain in bathroom sink, everything was great.

Great location . Bed comfortable. Kitchen setup was great. Nice shower. The deck and ocean view was nice.

The closeness to the ocean!
The mattress is waaaay too soft.
We had human hair follicles on the bed sheets. There was a smell of dog urine on the rugs. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. There was remodeling 2 doors away and they turned the main water supply off while we were there 🤨😠!!
