Good location. Stopping for the night in Maryville. The hotel we wanted to stay in was booked. Mountain View got good reviews.

You get what you pay for. Although the price was good, we would have gladly paid more for a nicer hotel. Bed made a loud banging noise whenever my husband rolled over. On first glance…appeared clean. However, there was hair on the wall in the bathroom. The towels had stains on them making them look dirty.

The bed was smaller than described and it hurt me and my partner to sleep on it. The rolling chair in there was like greasy. There was a strange smell.

Uncomfortable room conditions

Size of the room was adequate and what we expected. The fridge freezer worked great, TV was good, parking was adequate and right in front of our room.

The room never dried out and felt humid during the entire stay. Towels would not dry. The AC worked but keeping a comfortable temp was difficult.

Nothing was so disgusting we couldn’t stay

Unfortunately it was worth loosing $166 dollars because we couldn’t stomach to stay wanted a refund but it’s non refundable which is crap bc it’s falsely advertised on booking app pictures and all I’m just happy we were able to get another hotel at midnight

It needed to be upgraded. Beds very uncomfortable with broken springs. It seems like maybe they were trying to remodel but our room had a lot of patched up holes that had not been painted yet. Lots of noises outside at night.
