I cannot say enough about the staff, especially Anna. They were so inviting and gracious. Anna made it her goal to greet and even give personal attention to my toddler. This made her morning every day. The room was the cleanest I've ever seen. I can't criticize any part of our stay. Carry on the great work. Hope to see you all soon.

Last year I spent more than 120 nights in hotel and motels. I am retired and travel a lot. I often visit the Columbia/Nashville Tennessee area. I prepaid a room at sleep ends but mistakenly selected a Monday instead of a Sunday. I requested that management move my reservation up one day. I made the request more than two weeks in advance of the date I had booked. I had prepaid for the room and it could not be canceled. MANAGEMENT REFUSED that simple accommodation. They lost a customer. It is probably just as well because after they refused I went online to look at their reviews. I suggest you do the same.

Close to the freeway very convenient close to a couple fast food and a waffle House but not close to somewhere if you needed to grab things from like a dollar store that's kind of out of the way front desk people pretty nice breakfast is very nice bathroom the tub didn't have a stopper in it so you can't take a bath king size room only had two towels I feel like it should have four two for each person at least tubs are deep which is nice but you still can't take a bath cuz there's no plug they're hot water heater one of them was out so the water pressure in the hot water was very not good this time normally it's very good
