There is nothing to not like about perfect..... it is a quiet farm not far from Glencoe.

We stayed several days here 1 1/2 years ago.... we chose to stay several more days on a second trip to the U.K.... it was an excellent place to explore Glencoe and south to the cost. It is only a few miles from Oban and Loch Awe (must see). The food was always perfect for breakfast and the owner was an excellent host. They have Highland Coos and sheep.... I always look for farmstays and remote locations to stay for a peaceful holiday, this checks that box and many more things desirable when wanting a quiet remote location to spend a holiday. I almost never book a location like a hotel in a crowded city... I am allergic to people having grown up on a farm in the woods. It is also quite close to the ferry to the Isle of Mull (may as well not go if you do not see Mull, Fingal's Cave and Staffa Island).

A beautiful quiet location a short stroll from the sea. The accommodation was very cosy and comfortable and we received a warm and friendly welcome. Great access to all the nearby towns, villages, islands and mountains. A great place to stay.

Excellent, clean, friendly, welcoming, family feel

Very clean, comfortable bed, host lovely and helpful. The walk down to the waters edge is a must and to see their Highland cows. Breakfast was excellent, would return and recommend

Fantastic host who gave us great local knowledge and assisted in changing our plans due to cancellation of steam train caused by rail strike. Property was spotless and having a guest lounge was a real bonus. Great location in the countryside and very quiet. Would definitely stay again if in area.

Breakfast good. Location - good; quite remote being down some quiet roads, but quiet and walking to the coast possible from the house. Good to stay with a real farming family. Shower was very powerful and lots of hot water.

Really enjoyed our stay at Shenavallie. It's off the beaten track, with great views and walks from the door, and within easy driving distance of beautiful lochs & more wonderful scenery. We found a lochside restaurant serving excellent local fish at Port Appin. The property is modern, smartly furnished and spotless. Lovely breakfasts & Elaine is a super host..

Elaine was very welcoming. Everything was super clean and comfortable. So lovely and quiet. Very peaceful and only about 20 minutes from Oban. Breakfast was good. Comfy beds slept very well. 🙂
