The pool was very nice and the property was very quiet. We only saw one or two other people during our one night stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the manager provided us with coffee and filters.
Dundee Bay Villas are in a fairly remote area so you can't walk to restaurants or shops. The complex is an older building and the furniture in our apartment (#17) was dated and a bit the worse for wear, though it was adequate.

All the same accommodations as an Airbnb. Access to the beach, pool and canals. The cable channels and wifi are free.
It took long to get the hot water.

The beach, staff and local area.
Very few restaurants near by if you do not have a car.

I loved that it was in close proximity to the beach. The service was great..however the unit #12 that I stayed in was dated and in my opinion needs to be upgraded.
For a place in such a nice location there has to be an upgrade to the furniture and bathroom fixtures
