The location of this huge home is unbeatable. It's right on the beach and across the street from one of our favorite restaurants on Maderia Beach, Dockside Dave's. The north side of the property is a public parking area for visiting friends. Just down the beach, less than half a mile, is Caddies' new beachfront restaurant.
The owners did a great job of rebuilding this home after Hurricane Helene! There were still signs of the storm around the outside of the house, and the beach was much smaller than when we visited the house in 2024. We were amazed how much they had been able to do with Pinellas County officials holding everyone up with unrealistic paperwork and permits.
