They get an e for effort but I was unimpressed with my room/suite. I guess since I paid 220 for a 3 br suite what can I expect really. I never once even seen a staff member they left my key in the room with the door unlocked bc I was running late getting there. All staff members were getting off at 1030 the manager said on the phone. Our room looked like someone did clean it and it was homey to a certain degree but my kids took showers and after walking around for less than an hour their feet were black. Didn't eat at the restaurant they were way too pricey. They were charging 17 dollars for a burger. No fitted sheets on the beds. Any of them. They only had top sheets covering the mattresses. Terrible view from any and all windows. If u don't mind being in a horror movie (vacancy) hotel then this is your place. Other wise i would stear clear of this place. I will not be returning anytime soon.
