The proximity to town and close sledding for the little ones.
Kitchen utensils and equipment could have been nicer, also furniture... but it all worked. Also, if I was staying more time I would have needed more kitchen towels!

Comfortable and roomy. All the nice touches were appreciated. Good towels and bedding was very comfortable. Overall, pleased with our stay, despite the minor improvements that are noted below.
The condo hadn't been cleaned in a while, it was a bit dusty and there were a few cobwebs in common areas and dead moths at the patio doors. There was a significant tree pollen accumulation at the entrance door. Considering the cleaning fee is $213, I expected better, such as a light freshening closer to our arrival.
the patio screen door needs repair or replacement, it no longer fully closes or seals, leaving ~½" to ¾" gap on the frame. This is key as there is no ac in the unit, so having the glass door open for fresh air in the summer is necessary.
