Odense Apartments

駅に近く、静かな、庭が見える快適環境だった。 チェックアウト後に、電車時間まで、荷物を預けることが出来て助かった。 スタッフの対応はパーフェクト！

シャワー室とトイレに段差がないので、床が広範囲に濡れる。

The flat was located in the annex, it was very comfortable and well-equipped. The parking is in the driveway, which could get a little crowded with more people, but it's also possible to park on the street. There are two supermarkets just behind a corner and also cafés and restaurants. It's within an easy walking distance to the city centre and the harbour.

You have to use the code to enter the flats, and make sure you have it before you arrive. For some reason we didn't receive one in advance. It is written to contact the property 30 min before your arrival which we did, but nobody reacted. There was nobody on the spot and we weren't able to reach anybody on the provided phone number. We waited for some time, walked around but still weren't able to reach anybody, so we started to panick, after 11h in the car on the way we just wished to get some rest. Finally, we were contacted by the host and given a code, which wasn't working, so we had to call again. In the end, it worked. However, we had to use the code even if we wanted to close the door from outside, which is strange, usually it's not needed. What we were the most disappointed was the attitude of the host. We understand that mistakes can happen but she showed no empathy nor that she's sorry for the situation. Yes, we wrote that the expected time of arrival is between 20-21h, but it's not easy to calculate it when you cross half of Europe by car. We also waited some time and as it was mentioned above, you are supposed to contact the property 30 min before arrival. Would be the code sent earlier (you can check-in from 15h), this situation would be easily avoided.
