The location is excellent- a short walk to multiple beach access points and with a beautiful water view of Little Pond. Accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed (except for beach chairs). Convenient parking, walkable or a short drive to dining, shopping, ferries.
A few minor things could be improved but there was nothing that impacted our stay in a negative way.

Location and view of the pond were amazingly wonderful
The Vacassa managers were unattending ,couldn't get ahold of them for 4 days to fix the wifi. Loved the place, but your Vacassa managers in that area need to be changed, made our trip so frustrating. When it was to be a trip of a lifetime!!!

I liked the fact that the keys were at the location so I did not have to travel to a separate location. the location of the property was terrific and the area is bike friendly.
The directions for retrieval of the keys were unclear. For example, I was told to use the top lock box. There was no "top" lockbox - it was the lock box located at the front door. The property was a bit run down. the stove was not level (noticeable while cooking bacon) and the floors were not clean.
