The property was lovely. The location is on a side street across from the water. It is a close drive to downtown shops and restaurants. Lynn was very personable. Great place to have a wedding reception.
There was a scent in the room that I was sensitive to (maybe a rug cleaner?) It made me sneeze.

The rooms were fine. Nice bedroom, living room area and bath. And window air-conditioners were provided and helped keep the rooms cool.
The biggest problem with this facility is the very long walk from parking to the house carrying your luggage; the inconvenience of having to walk halfway around the house to the doorway that is used once the owners leave; and no help carrying luggage up or down the stairs. Had I known, I'm 78 years old, I may have tried to find a location that offered to help and/or asked to be on the first floor, rather than the top floor.
