Perfect size for our family. Cottage was clean and comfortable. Outdoor shower was great!!
A few things to improve would be, more towels, extra blankets and a few cleaning supplies. Lower level toilet did not work properly but shower down there was great.

The other bathroom was downstairs, it was a hassle to walk down to the second bathroom

It is close to the beach. The house was clean. The ceiling fans were great. The neighbors were very nice. Very dog friendly neighborhood. Rabbits in the yard in the morning time. Peaceful!
The water pressure was bad. The sinks drainage was very slow. There was no curtain over the shower window! The bathtub was very slippery, fall hazard! The beds were terrible, very uncomfortable. The internet would not connect. The ac struggled to keep the house cooled during the day. Rattlesnake spotted from the neighbor's yard to the back yard of this house.
