I liked the entire house, the pool, the neighborhood, and how close it was to the beach!! We loved the landscape of the house and how much shade it provided out by the pool... it was a great environment to vacation at, very mellow and just perfect .. not a loud neighborhood and you could see the fireworks from the porch that was exciting!!
The only thing I didnt have a clue about was the pick up for trash, we had alot of trash by the end of our trip... maybe put a trash day sign out or something...
