Location, beautiful inside
No insulation between floors- could hear EVERYTHING upstairs (even the cat walking,lol)

The location was amazing with beach view. Had lots of dishes for all your cooking needs. Lots of space for the whole family kids had there own room as long as us parents away from the kids that was definitely a plus.
The floors were so dirty in the whole house you were not able to walk around the house with out shoes seems like it's never been mopped along with the shower floors they were black with sea weed. There were roaches early mornings on the counters as well as dead roaches inside the kitchen light fixtures

Location was wonderful, pool great.
Condo A/C was way too loud making humming sounds and waking us when it would turn on. Went to turn tv on and the remote had no batteries. Dishes looked dirty and not ready for use. Beds were very hard.
