Secluded Country Getaway

large and comfy apartment, perfect for our girl’s weekend. the owner went out of her way to make sure the accommodations were to our liking.

Location absolutely beautiful ! Vernal pond with fish, wildlife, woodlands , etc It felt like home away from home !

The location was great but we brought our own breakfast items so I can't comment on how the breakfast was.

I didn't realize at first that the entire house was upstairs which made it difficult bringing our stuff in and out going up and down the stairs. This is by no means a bad thing, just that I didn't realize that was the layout. I thought some of the rooms were on the first floor.

Location is great, centrally located to all nearby attractions, but also quiet and private! The house is clean and well equipped. It is suitable for two couples, or family of four using separate sleeping places. Terrace upstairs is great! Two grills are perfect for cooking outside! The pool is large enough to cool down during hot summer days. There is also Berean Park lake 5 minutes driving away. Poughkeepsi is 15 minutes away. DuBois Farm and orchard is about 5 minutes away. Biking, horse riding, hiking, winery tasting-all is very Near the property!

There was no breakfast as advertised on Booking.com except of welcome things, like snack bars, candies, and iced tea mix. The stairs is very steep and not suitable for elderly or disabled.
