an individually charming establishment with a homey feel and an incredible on-site host (Shannon), turning a stay in Ann Arbor into a complete destination. The location right across the street from the UM campus is unbeatable for anyone there for UM. The included breakfast was fantastic. Laundry was highly convenient for any road trip warrior. Beds were plush. Good sized fridge and microwave in the room. I'd rate it 11 if I could!
not a thing! Love this place. The entire reason we stopped over in Ann Arbor for a repeat visit!

The property is conveniently located right across from the Central Campus of the University of Michigan, making it easy to explore both the campus and nearby shops. Shannon is a wonderful host. She gave me a warm welcome and showed me around the property. The room was clean, cozy, quiet, and well-maintained. I usually don’t sleep well when traveling, but I had great sleep throughout my stay here. Shannon was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in ways I didn’t expect. Highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
