I had a room in the second floor

An adequate, though seedy motel, with literally no frills, conveniently next to a Starbucks.

There was a fancy pigeon who lived on the railing of second floor and would allow approach within about 3 feet.

No shampoo. No Maid service provided. Room was 'non-smoking' but smelled like it had been a smoking room for perhaps the 100 years before this one.

Great place to stay with seperate freezer/fridge & Clean

I liked the size of the room and the cleanliness. I also liked how convenient it is because there are so many stores and everything you need within walking distance. Staff was nice even when I was upset. I loved the fridge was bigger than a minifridge with a separate door for the freezer, I like to pack a lunch.

I had to replace my refrigerator twice and also my door became broken. It took two days for me to get a new room but they were accomodating even after I had to get upset; I had my baby with me so I didnt like that.

An experience that will not be repeated

The location is very close to everything you need

The smoking room and the non smoking rooms were next to each other, which I didn't like much because the smell of marijuana and smoking reached my non smoking room. Also the sheets were burnt from smoking. The cleaning service doesn't come every day. Honestly, I won't repeat the experience with them.

Uncomfortable

We did not like our first room, and the desk guy did accommodate us with a different room.

The rooms were rough. The first room was one with a jacuzzi. It was extremely small, dirty, and smelled like a mixture of cigarette and Marijuana smoke. We asked for a different non-smoking room and was accommodated with one. This room was spacious, but the outlets were dirty and rusted. The lights didn’t all work. There was water damage and rusting on door frames, and in both rooms there was no fitted sheet. There was a normal sheet tucked around mattress. No comforter, nothing. Over all I’d give it a 2/10.

The location was easy to find. Not too far from restaurants and stores so that’s a huge plus after a long day. Starbucks is right THERE!!

Not bad for the price, especially when I just needed someone to sleep.

Met my needs. Just needed to sleep for the night. Got there late (1am), front desk called me around 10:30 am and informed me that I could check out at noon instead of 11am because I got there so late. I appreciated that because I definitely didn't want to get up!

Toilet was not sturdy, wobbled when sat on. From that, it also leaked water all over the floor. Annoying beeping from the smoke detector keep going off at random times keeping me awake.

You get what you get for the price. But that bath tub is worth it

Pretty good for the price. A lot of the furniture is busted but again cheaper places you get people that don’t care about the furniture as much

I think this is an issue between booking and the motel but we got stuck with a smoking room and we are not smokers. I think it needs to be listed clearly or the motel needs to follow up to make sure that doesn’t happen
