Overall very nice
The staff is really friendly, the residence is well maintained and intimate atmosphere.
The shower facilities could use some upgrade, there was no soap in the dispensers and sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from the kitchen sink but not all the time.

It was clean and very quiet. Convenient location.
The areas where I would recommend changes are: - the pool water is freezing. A heated pool would be such an improvement - please replace the towels. They are like using a loofah. We actually went out and bought new towels - please provide lamps. Just having the overhead, very bright lights are very harsh and not conducive to ambient lighting - it indicates no smoking yet our neighbours smoked continuously and there were ashtrays on outdoor tables
