The room was right on the beach and the balcony totally with it.
The front end wasn't to friendly. No hangers in closet. Broken front door that constantly slammed. Broken beach chairs that needed updating.

Great location and beautiful facilities. Enjoyed the amenities and live music! Staff was also great.
We were next door to a family with yelling adults and screaming children at all hours. This was NO fault of the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient. The outside bar and the music were nice but I did think the wine was very overpriced.
Groups of guests stayed out at the fire pit until 2:30 or 3 am multiple nights and were extremely loud making it difficult to sleep. I thought it was very rude and selfish of these guests but no one on the staff at Three Seasons seemed to care about how loud and obnoxious they were. I would have thought they would have been asked to keep the noise down or go inside their rooms so other guests could sleep. Afterall it was 2:30 in the morning! The other annoying thing was someone kept parking in our parking spot multiple times so we had to go to the office each time to get a different spot to park.
