The tv was not plugged in and the phone was not working, also was put in a room with a view of the air conditioner

The room was spacious. The bed comfortable and the shower and bathroom was nice size.
The only thing was the water temperature in pool was pretty cold. A hot tub would be nice.

Location was great, staff was nice and room was clean.
Unfortunately our toilet did not flush the entire stay. We only got it flushed when maintenance came and “fixed” it. They did try, unfortunately it’s broke and still didn’t flush. The shower spout was broke so taking a shower was awful! It screamed a very loud noise, it shook, it was bad.
