Location was very good - there is a Sprouts grocery store within walking distance, lots of little shops and parks. Also a short drive to Balboa park. Apartment was perfect for a family.
I suggest avoiding an early check in so as not to rush the cleaning staff. If you arrive early you can sit in the garden in the back or have a walk around the neighborhood.

Overall our stay was amazing. It was the perfect size for the three of us. The location was absolutely perfect and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Based on previous reviews I was worried about the beds and water pressure, but the beds were super comfortable and caused no issues along with the water pressure which was perfect! Absolutely will be staying there again

The apartment was in mostly as described, although it needs renovating. The patio could be a welcome addition, but it was too dirty to use, and the laundry facilities were inaccessible.
The patio area, advertised as a wonderful place to have a BBQ, was filthy and unwelcoming. The laundry facilities, advertised as being in the basement and coin operated, were locked and inaccessible.
