Was clean, room had small refrigerator, microwave, coffee station and hairdryer. Heater and air work great. Small run business and friendly.
The guy that checked me in wanted to cancel my booking through booking.com and wanted me to pay full price. I told him that I already paid for room and after 5 minutes of trying me to pressure me to cancel my booking I already had and paid for, he gave up and approved the booking. Then he was nice with me, after he accepted the booking I had made in advance.

Pleasant surprised! Not a big place with all the bells and whistles but still very nice, clean & comfortable.
Larger TV. Outlets for charging phones.
