Comfortable beds, pillows. The room was very clean. They had a nice, large screen t.v. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and had plenty to offer. We loved the coffee also.
This really didn't have anything to do with the hotel. But unfortunately, we had come for the walking and shopping. We had no idea the shops would be closed so early on Saturday and not open at all on Sunday. It's March. You would think they would be open—plenty of people walking around trying to find open shops. The bakery we really wanted to try was closed on Sunday. So strange a bakery would be closed Sunday. We got there too late on Saturday, as we were so busy trying to find things open.

Cozy entrance, the hotel feels way nicer than others in the same price range. Price is very affordable, but I've stayed here many times and the rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Just a nice simple hotel with everything you need and nothing you don't. Location is amazing, you can walk to the nice little old downtown area for food and drinks!
I got confused by the shower spigot one time? Don't worry, I figured it out!

Breakfast was okay, not great. Due to staff shortage, ran out of coffee for a while.
The rooms need some basic upgrades. Cold air was coming in through the electric outlet. The bathroom door stuck badly. The shower mechanism was damaged. The TV only worked if the light switch was on. We had to call the front desk to find that out.
