It is a small but comfortable lobby, the staff is friendly and helpful. A great continental type breakfast is served (thank you for providing english muffins :) and an omelet maker with fresh eggs is a nice surprise. Rooms and beds are standard and comfortable, nice water pressure in shower. Walking distance to river, dining... Have stayed before and will stay again! A great value!
Nothing!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating
Breakfast was offered. They had the packets of the unflavored oatmeal, but there was no sugar. There were no toppings for that for some reasons for cranberries are nuts would’ve been great and some sugar or sweetener.

The hotel staff was so kind and helpful when I accidentally double booked our room. It could have been a very stressful situation but they went out of their way to help correct my mistake. My kids really enjoyed the yogurt and waffles at breakfast. We slept great, which is not something I can usually say about a stay in any hotel. Thank you!
I'd prefer much stronger coffee.

The location was great and within walking distance to a few restaurants. The breakfast had a great variety. The hotel smelled clean including the common areas and our room. The room itself was spacious.
The room was way overpriced. The 2 hotels next door were half price! The employee at the front desk wasn't friendly. He wasn't mean but very short and gruff. The bathroom sink did not drain and the TV did not work in our room. They waited until we left to do anything about these issues. The vending machine was the only water available at $2.50 per bottle and they were out of a few things.
