Location was just what I needed, the valet guys were simply fantastic. Very friendly and efficient.
It was clear that cleaning was not part of the service so I had to carry out cleaning by myself while at the property.
Secondly i had to always go down from the 17th floor to receive my visitors. This was rather cumbersome

Host was outstanding in communication, following up to know if all was going well and seamlessly provided and facilitated extension of my stay. The valet team were exceptional and must be commended for their swift and professional approach to their job. My overall experience with this property was excellent.
I will ordinarily have preferred a semi-orthopaedic matrass, but did not ask, I probably would have gotten one if I asked. No fault of the host.
