Love the location and far away it was from the main road. No noise , just the wildlife. Heard coyotes in the early morning, which made it all worth the while.
We had a problem with the closure of tent zipper. Staff did attempt to fix but the problem continued to persist. The zipper had some damaged teeth.

The secluded location and great communal area. The staff (for the most part!) were very friendly and helpful.
The tent was only moderately clean and had hair in the shower tray and plug. Housekeeping is by request, but no one told us this, so our room wasn’t touched until our final day. The food is average to poor and quite overpriced. And while it isn’t the staff’s fault, we had strong winds that shook our tent at the top of the resort so dramatically it was impossible to sleep. We asked staff to try and secure it and they just said it was fine and to use earplugs.
