Love the location and far away it was from the main road. No noise , just the wildlife. Heard coyotes in the early morning, which made it all worth the while.
We had a problem with the closure of tent zipper. Staff did attempt to fix but the problem continued to persist. The zipper had some damaged teeth.

Staff was friendly and responsive when needed.
We felt we were misled. The price point is much too high for what is offered. It is nice to have the tent set up and a bathroom to clean oneself. However, pulling a chain while trying to shower after trekking hours through a National park proves to be an fruitless and frustrating venture. Two hands were needed to wash, scrub and rinse.
Also, at the tune of almost $600 a night, I thought we would have our rooms refreshed at least every other day. After two days (we stayed 5) our floors were filthy with dirt and sand, our towels were brown from wiping out bodies (barely being able to wash up led to extra dirty linens) and it would have been a welcome sight four our beds to be made. If we knew this was the setup we would have considered looking elsewhere.
We have had other glamping experiences with better amenities and much lower price point.
