SALINAS GANDIA - Solo alquiler Familias

La casa es amplia, la piscina muy bien, cerca de la playa 5 min andando. Hay detalles que se deben de mejorar pero la estancia estuvo bien.

El mobiliario antiguo y con signos de deterioro. La cortina de la bañera un poco cutre y los armarios solo con barra y perchas. Sin aire acondicionado y con un solo ventilador se pasa un poco de calor

Apartamento amplio, limpio y bonita piscina

Mucho calor, no hay aire acondicionado y tuvimos que comprar dos ventiladores para las alcobas

Buena ubicación, zona muy tranquila y cercana a la playa. El alojamiento estaba limpio y todo en orden, incluía lo descrito en la lista

Dos de las camas individuales tienen los colchones vencidos, para un fin de semana no está mal pero unas vacaciones más largas terminas agotado

Apartment set in well kept grounds with swimming pool. Good views from 8th floor balcony over sea, mountains and orchards. Short walk to beautiful sandy beach and boardwalk for a longer walk to promenade for restaurants etc. Very clean and good quality linen provided. Small lift to 8th floor.

On arrival we had a site problem finding and accessing the apartment - front door lock to section playing up and concierge not on site. When we eventually got into the apartment we found it not equipped as well as promised i.e. no kettle, no hairdryer, insufficient cups, no cleaning materials, no complimentary personal hygiene items. However, the agent was very quick so supply a kettle, hairdryer and mini bottle of washing up liquid. Other item needing attention was non-functioning balcony light and this was still in the same state when we left. The apartment was very clean but tired looking. Mattresses uncomfortable and need replacing. No fan or air con which in summer is very nice to have. Second bathroom contained miniscule shower and you needed to have acrobatic tendencies to be able to lather up and forget about washing your feet! Light on landing did not work 100% of the time so made finding the lock with the key in the dark a bit of a trial.
