Location was suberb.

The place was in a great location and it was really cute. The lock box code worked easily. I appreciated all of the hiking and biking trail maps.

It wasn’t incredibly clean. There were pieces of candy on the floor and there was a milk stain running down one side of the couch. The back door didn’t lock and the back screen was off and leaning on the door. I had to fix that in order to go into the balcony. There was clock in the kitchen, but it wasn’t running. The ad may have said something about no air conditioner, but I didn’t realize it until I looked in the binder regarding heating and cooling issues. It got really hot. The suggestion was to keep the window coverings closed. A solution would have been large fans. I found a box fan in the loft bedroom closet, but seriously, there should have been several and at least one in the bedrooms and living room. That being said, I’d stay there again. It’s a decent value for the money. You
