Location was great. Place was nice and the pool was nice bonus.
Kitchen appliances are dated and upstairs became unbearable in afternoon. (90+ degrees inside). (It was a hot week.

Location fantastic
Needs some care: Comforter covers need to be wash; no pillowcases for pillows on beds so used decorative pillows, no dish towels in kitchen and no wash clothes in bathrooms (we found 1 wash cloth); outdoor entrance light needs replacing; a complete set of pots & pans, couldn't find a small pot to boil an egg, toaster a little wore for wear; master bedroom blinds broken and didn't go all the way down so put blankets at bottom of window to keep the cold out. Downstairs bathroom sink isn't draining very well and shower handle control screws are lose so moving a bit
