This charming two bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Maboneng comes complete with a relaxed balcony, spacious lounge and cozy kitchen. All rooms boast a great view of the Johannesburg skyline. It is situated on the vibrant Fox Street and is walking distance (5min) from ATMs, popular rooftop bars, markets, restaurants and an independent cinema. It is a 15min drive from Johannesburg Park Station and is situated right next door to a Baz Bus drop off/pick up stop. One can enjoy the view of the highest residential building in Africa, Ponte Towers as well as the highest sky scraper in Africa as they stand side by side.
The apartment has a lovely north facing lounging area which receives sun in the afternoons, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with amenities. The bathroom has a shower only.
The building has maintained an industrial aesthetic which remains true to its origins before the revamp of the now trendy Maboneng area. Either I or the building manager Tumi, will greet you upon arrival to your stay at this apartment.
