The house is located in the fabulous Sea Ranch very close to the bluff with a clear view of the ocean across a meadow. It has nice furniture and amenities, including an excellent hot tub. Walking along the bluff is a real treat.

Ants around the kitchen sink and windowsills are a nuisance that has somewhat diminished the otherwise wonderful feeling of staying in this house.
